2016 SEASON UPDATE

2016 SEASON

The 2016 HIGH CADENCE season is well under way with athletes completing their first block of training over the last six weeks. The commitment from all athletes is definitely showing in training with significant improvement in technique and running form (developing efficiency) coupled with great performances in the International Women’s Day Fun Run on Sunday 6 March.

Please note training times and locations for the Term One period below;

TRAINING TIMES

All members (both renewing and new) are required to rejoin HIGH CADENCE at the commencement of the TERM ONE 2016 coaching period.

We also require all members to resubmit a new membership form for the 2016 season, so as to ensure that your contact information in the system is correct. Members should update their postal address, phone numbers, email address and emergency contact details.

A $50 annual membership fee for 2016 will be added to your regular coaching fees when renewing or starting your membership with High Cadence.

Please note that members who join mid-season will not be offered a reduced annual membership fee.

What you need to do now for the commencement of the 2016 season:

  • Sign up for EMAIL ALERTS (if you haven’t already done so in 2015). You do this by subscribing to email alerts in the top right hand corner of the home page.
  • Follow Us – On Twitter and Instagram – top right hand corner of the home page.
  • Read Membership Information.
  • Click on HIGH CADENCE STORE and select “Membership” to make the 2016 Season Membership payment.
  • Click on HIGH CADENCE STORE and select either “Saturday Runner – Term 1” (one session per week) or “Unlimited Runner – Term 1” (up to four sessions per week) to make payment.
  • Click on HIGH CADENCE STORE and select “Science of Fitness” if you are attending Science of Fitness sessions on Saturday’s and process the applicable payment.
