Welcome to High Cadence

High Cadence, is a run specific training squad that has been providing quality coaching to Queensland athletes over the past ten years.

Our expertise covers a range of running disciplines including;

Cross Country

Middle Distance

5km to Marathon

Our mission is to offer the highest quality coaching experience in an intimate group training environment. We provide young athletes with an opportunity to develop and build confidence in their running skills while training and competing with other athletes of similar ages and abilities in a supportive environment. We pursue that goal with the philosophy of holding the emotional and physical well being of the athletes ahead of all other considerations and providing a rewarding experience no matter what level of running skill or background.

Running fast isn’t as easy as it sounds. It requires smart training executed with race-day know how. High Cadence prepares athletes to compete in Cross Country running, Track running and getting to the run leg in triathlon, in good shape and position.

High Cadence programs provide training which prepares athletes for District, Regional, State and National Competitions coupled with Andrews Cup, CIC, QGSSSA, GPS, CASSA Cup and AIC Inter-school Competitions.

High Cadence understands the pre-requisites set by schools and has worked closely with GPS, QGSSSA, AIC, and CIC schools such as Clayfield College, Gregory Terrace, Anglican Church Grammar School and more recently Padua College. Working closely with these schools ensures the athletes reach their running potential in the spirit of school team sport.
